A girl can never have enough acessories, bags, shoes, jewellery, will always look good and jazz up any outfit nor make you look fat. I stumbled across a pop up shop where you can mix and match 5 items for £3. Also Boots had many half price pieces and I picked up more real techniques make up brushes!

It’s been a good 2-3 months of not stepping onto the high street shopping for me. I was out last week looking for an outfit and was in Forever 21 and instantly fell in love with the Rory Beca collection. The beautiful water colourful print romper, asymmetric royal blue maxi and sexy little black romper made me take out my card, on the day I also brought the stripey dress and the black one. I also picked up some other pieces yesterday, black and blue jackets, 2 tier layered vest and 2 super long skirts.

The real techniques by Samantha chapman brushes have always been on my list of brushes to buy! I was just browsing the other day and saw it was now available in Boots. I popped into my nearest Boots and picked up the Core Collection Set for £21.99. Reading many raving reviews of the brushes I wanted to try them for myself.

The box comes with 4 brushes, which are detailer brush, pointed foundation brush, buffing brush, and contour brush. The 2-in-1 stand poach is awesome and I love the light weight aluminium handles.  The rubber at the ends stops the brushes from rolling around on a table top.

The actual brushes itself are made of taklon bristles and is super soft and dense. The only brush I have tried so far is the pointed foundation one; it’s A-M-A-Z-I-N-G with my other foundation brushes the product is absorbed into the brushes.  The foundation brush was full of the foundation and glided easily on the face.

Will update everyone when I use the other ones.

Brought a navy coat from topshop, it attracts so much fluff I need to find my lindt roller to remove the stuff.

White chunky cardi, i’m so into my grandad style chunky knitwear lately, I like to wear it with my colourful print dresses.

mustard scarf, I seen so many people rocking mustard yellow scarves with leather jackets, hehe I just had to have one. Picture above was my outfit today, I rocked mine with the black muubaa leather jacket.

I’ve still yet, to finish my other bottle, but thought I stock up! It CLEANS and DISSOLVE the dirt really well, and makes a excellent cleanser for make up brushes!

[Bumble & Bumble]

I’m starting to use SLS products again, my neck didn’t go to well with it and i’ve now develop a patch of eczema, but my scalp’s fine. Bumble & bumble leaves me salon finish ready hair and doesn’t make my hair too greasy. 

I have a lot more other thing’s i’ve brought but forgot to take photograph them.  

Greetings! This is my first blog of the year 2012! Did everyone have fun over the holidays? I sure did, spending it with friends and family. Made any resolutions? I never make any as I’m sure to break them all the time. Maybe I will just concentrate on that bucketlist for now.

I managed to snag up a Laura Mercier brush set in the sales. From £67 to £33, it’s a real steal for quality brushes. It comes double ended, perfect for your travels and in a gorgeous snake skin zipper pouched.

I love Lush, I really do, they make my bath/shower times so much more fun and I love the skin care range.

This time round I wanted to pick up a fresh face mask as my face became more dry over the winter season plus I’m stuck under an air conditioner for most of the days.

The customer service in Lush is a 5* experience although the sales assistant with me, seems very new to company as I asked for products that sadly seem to be discontinued. *cries* I’m talking about “yummy yummy” and the coconut smoothie.

Alas a smile was brought back to my face when another sales assistant told me that in its place, (yummy yummy yummy) was the superstars bubble bar. Woohoo

The SA advised me to use cosmetic warrior for my normal to dry blemish prone skin and I also picked up the luminous POW WOW lip scrub filled with popping candy smells D-E-L-I-C-O-U-S!! As always the Lush staff gives generous samples out, the SA highly raved about “ultra bland” a oil based cleanser, I managed to buy a full size one the next day after reading all the reviews on Makeupalley. 

I love shopping and I love good finds. I managed to buy 4 dresses and tons of jewellery today. A girl can never have enough.
